Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

I’m Regina Finuliar, a Career Ownership Coach® with The Entrepreneur’s Source®, where I help professionals explore paths to greater purpose, flexibility, and control in their work. I partner with individuals who are questioning what’s next and seeking clarity around options that align with their values, strengths, and lifestyle goals.

Before becoming a Career Ownership Coach®, I spent many years in Human Resources and Learning & Development, supporting U.S.-based and global organizations across industries including transit, healthcare, biotech, technology, and entertainment. Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. My work has included supporting internship and mentorship programs, leadership development initiatives, and employee engagement efforts focused on growing talent in alignment with organizational mission and culture.

This background allows me to bring a thoughtful, people-centered approach to career transitions. I listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and help clients step back from day-to-day demands to evaluate what they truly want from their work and their lives. Together, we explore alternative career paths and professional models that offer alignment, autonomy, and long-term fulfillment.

I hold an Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California, a DEI in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona, and an Associate of Arts degree from De Anza College.

Outside of my coaching practice, I volunteer with the Board of Directors for the Your Filipino Professionals Association (YFPA). I also served as co-founder of the YFPA Scholarship Program, established in 2014 to support students engaged in the Filipino community who are pursuing post-secondary education. I continue to support YFPA’s mission to Connect, Educate, and Serve.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling, attending live music and concerts, practicing yoga or aqua Zumba, roller skating, singing karaoke, and spending quality time with friends and family.

“I started with just me and one truck, working out of my garage. I now have four employees, and I am in a commercial space. The earnings potential is pretty well limitless at this point. I am busy. I do have to spend time away from my family just as I did before. But now, if I want to stay home and cook my kids breakfast, I can. On nice sunny days, if I want to cut out early to take the kids swimming, I do. I don’t just have weekends to choose from anymore.”
